RBB Smart provides convenient mechanism and quick access to banking services for Rastriya Banijya Bank customers from their mobile devices. The system can now be operated in dual channel SMS and Internet. It can be operated with customer of both Nepal Telecom as well Ncell telecommunication subscribers. The mobile banking customer can keep an eye on their financial transactions as well as carry out secure financial transactions from anywhere, anytime.

How to Activate RBB Smart?
Download the RBB Smart App from Google Play or App Store.
Click on “Activate Service”.
Enter your registered mobile number & account number and click on “Next”.
An Activation Code will be sent via SMS to your number. Enter the Activation Code and click on “Next”.
Set your Login Password and click on “Next”.
Set your Transaction PIN and click on “Finish”.
Your Mobile Banking has been successfully activated. You can login using your Mobile Number and the Password you recently set and make transactions.
How to Topup with RBB Smart?
Enter your Mobile Number and Password and click on “Login”.
Click on “Payment” on the dashboard.
Select Topup from the list of options.
Enter number to recharge and recharge amount and click on “Submit”.
Check the transaction details and click on “Confirm”.
Confirm the transaction with your Transaction PIN.
The payment success message will be displayed on your screen.
