Lumbini Smart application facilitates our customers to perform convenient, secure, and round-the-clock banking to manage their finances from their phones.
The application is applicable to all customers having Lumbini Bikas Bank Accounts with Lumbini Mobile Banking Subscriptions.
Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR and download the Lumbini Smart App.

How to Activate Lumbini Smart?
After you have subscribed to Mobile Banking, here is how to activate the service on your phone.

Download the Lumbini Smart App from Google Play or App Store.

Click on “Unable to Login”.

Click on “I Agree”.

Enter your registered mobile number & account number and click on “Next”.

An Activation Code will be sent via SMS to your number. Enter the Activation Code and click on “Next”.

Set your Login Password and click on “Next”.

Set your Transaction PIN and click on “Finish”.

Your Mobile Banking has been successfully activated. You can login using your Mobile Number and the Password you recently set and make transactions.
How to Topup with Lumbini Smart?
Here is how you can do a Mobile Topup from Lumbini Smart.

Enter your Mobile Number and Password and click on “Login”.

Click on “Payment”.

Choose the topup from list of options.

Enter the Mobile Number to recharge and Recharge Amount and click on “Submit”.

Check the details and click on “Confirm”.

Confirm the transaction with your Transaction PIN.

The payment success message will be displayed on your screen.
