Citizens Smart is a convenient and safe transaction banking application offered online. You can manage and access your Citizens Bank accounts quickly and securely either through SMS, WIFI, 3G or Edge.
Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR and download Citizens Smart today.
How to Activate Citizens Smart?
Download the Citizens Smart App from Google Play or App Store.
Click on “Register/Activate”.
Check “I Agree” and click on “Continue”
Enter your registered mobile number and click on “Continue”.
A Verfication Code will be sent via SMS to your number. Enter the Verfication Code and click on “Continue”.
Enter your Account Number and click on “Continue”.
Set your Login Password and click on “Continue”.
Set your Transaction PIN and click on “Continue”.
Your Mobile Banking has been successfully activated. You can login using your Mobile Number and the Password you recently set and make transactions.
How to Topup with Citizens Smart?
Enter your Mobile Number and Password and click on “Login”.
Click on “Payments” on the dashboard.
Choose Mobile Topup from payment options.
Enter the Mobile Number to recharge and Recharge Amount and click on “Proceed”.
Check the details and click on “Proceed”.
Confirm the transaction with your Transaction PIN.
The payment success message will be displayed on your screen.
